I'm Karla—part real estate advocate, part strategist, part negotiator, and, if you ask my clients, a little bit of a magician. With a background as a loan officer before launching my real estate career in 2007, I understand every side of the transaction and know how to keep deals moving, protect your equity, and find solutions when others see roadblocks.
Over the years, I've worn more hats than I can count. On any given day, I might be a problem solver, therapist, project manager, cheerleader, cleaning crew, babysitter, marriage counselor, or the calm voice keeping everyone focused on the finish line. Buying or selling a home isn't just a transaction—it's one of life's biggest moments, and I'm committed to making sure you never have to navigate it alone.
When I'm not negotiating contracts or making real estate magic happen, you'll find me spending time with my kids, serving at church, sketching, dancing, singing, or connecting with new people. I genuinely love building relationships because every conversation has the potential to become a lifelong friendship.
